- Equipment Installation 

- Transport, unloading, positioning, alignment, and installation of mechanical equipment

- Supply and installation of structural supports, bolts, greasing, and protective elements

- Surface treatment and protection of equipment, piping, and steel structures

- Execution of detailed erection procedures and inspections


• Piping Systems

- Prefabrication and erection of process and utility piping

- Installation of valves, pipe supports, inline elements, and expansion joints

- Execution of welding, NDTs, hydrostatic and pneumatic tests

- Cleaning, preservation, flushing, pigging, and air blowing of piping systems


• Auxiliary Services

- Scaffolding, cranes, heavy lifting, and transport equipment

- Surveying and topographic works

- Temporary facilities and site management

- Material handling, storage, and preservation


• Compliance and Documentation

- Adherence to German regulations and international standards (VGB, ANSI, PFI, etc.)

- Preparation of ITPs, erection drawings, quality dossiers, and as-built documentation

- Coordination with other subcontractors and participation in HSE protocols
