Scope of Work & Supply

The project αφορά τη detailed engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the Kardia Metering Station (U-9430) for DESFA. The scope includes the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of all required systems to ensure accurate natural gas metering, pressure control, and safe integration into the Hellenic Gas Transmission System.

The station will be developed in full compliance with applicable standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements, ensuring high levels of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. All works will support the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the gas transmission infrastructure.

Engineering

• Detailed engineering and design of the metering station

• Preparation of technical studies, drawings, and calculations

• Compliance with DESFA specifications and international standards

Procurement

• Supply of all equipment and materials required for the station

• Procurement of metering systems, piping, valves, and instrumentation

• Supply of electrical and control systems

Mechanical Works

• Installation of process piping, valves, and mechanical equipment

• Fabrication, erection, and installation of steel structures and supports

• Surface protection and corrosion control

Electrical & Instrumentation Works

• Installation of power supply systems (LV/MV as applicable)

• Cable laying, routing, and terminations

• Installation of control panels, SCADA, and automation systems

• Installation and calibration of metering and instrumentation equipment

• Grounding and lightning protection systems

Civil Works

• Site preparation, foundations, and infrastructure works

• Construction of buildings, control rooms, and equipment bases

Testing & Commissioning

• Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities

• Functional testing of all systems

• Performance verification and handover
