The OPTIFLUX 6000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor for hygienic applications. It offers cost-effective flow measurement where an extremely high accuracy, extensive diagnostics or a wide range of digital communication options are not a priority. The EHEDG certified flowmeter comes with industry specific hygienic adapters. Combined with the IFC 050, IFC 100 or IFC 300 signal converters it forms the Optiflux 6050, the Optiflux 6100 and the Optiflux 6300 electromagnetic flowmeters.


  • Full bore design: pipe cross-section without restrictions.

  • Connection sizes: DN2.5…150 / ⅒…6".

  • Liner: Reinforced PFA.

  • For combination with IFC 050, IFC 100 and IFC 300 signal converters.

  • Available Fittings: DIN 11851, DIN 11864, clamp and SMS.

  • Process Temperature: Max 140oC (with separate flow sensor or with Compact IFC 300).
